without a second thought, I said it was pink
the color of flamingos, barbie’s dream house, rose quartz, cotton candy, and river dolphins
but it made me think

maybe He couldn’t pick a favorite color
maybe we should admire the palette of colors that is set before us in such vibrancy before we pick a favorite color
